Both teams defenses have played well to start the year, but neither have faced quality teams. Fresno put up 28 vs cincy in week 1, and if nc state can do at least that the game should easily go over the total. Both teams are coming off a short week and this gives the advantage to the offenses. Expecting close game, and wouldn’t be surprised to see overtime which = points.
